Project-Controlling
Project-Controlling collects information
about the current project situation and compares to the baseline of the
project (scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality and risks).
Corrective actions may be taken in case of variances or requested scope
changes. It follows the usual Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle by W.E. Deming.
